We certainly want your experience with The Bluewater Group to be a good one.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may exchange it for another item of comparable value or request a refund.
You may return within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. In the unlikely event that an item is found to be defective, a full refund including shipping cost both ways will be issued.
Please include a copy of the original email order acknowledgment, the original packing slip along with a note including your name, address, daytime telephone number or email address, reason for return and the RA number that is issued upon contacting us.

| Our Shipping Policy |

All orders with destinations within the Continental U.S. will be shipped either Federal Express (5 to 7 days), US First Class Mail (7 to 12 days) or Priority Mail (3 to 5 days) unless otherwise requested. All International orders are shipped either First Class International or Priority International. Shipping costs will vary based on carrier and customer preference.
Overnight delivery is also available but we normally do not recommend it because it is quite costly.
Upon ordering, if you have special shipping instructions, please state your shipping preferences in the comments box provided on the order form.
Please note:
We normally have most items in stock but in the event an item is out of stock or needs to be back ordered, it could conceivably increase shipping time by as much as two weeks.
